The original kindling splitter (right side) has been well received from our customers, but since its inception, there has been a request for a larger one. Blue Home is proud to present the XL kindling splitter, created to tackle larger and wider logs.

Increased Capability with the Same Durability The widened diameter has been increased to 10 inches to handle much larger logs. The taller stance of the XL, standing at 17 inches, allows for longer logs to be tackled with ease. Due to the height and width increase, the all-around rigidity of the XL splitter has also been enhanced with thicker high carbon steel throughout.

Safety First Just like the original splitter, no sharp blades and no dangerous axes are needed to make perfectly split kindling every time.

The anti-shock rubber-coated handle also dampens the vibration while striking wood. The handle is made from steel to ensure durability.

Recommended log size = 10" height x 5" width. Not recommended for hardwoods, can still be used for hardwoods but beware hardwoods will be more difficult to split. Splitting blade is purposely not razor sharp, making this very safe for all ages.
